A. The website link from this ad displays mileage in U.S. Miles. We take pictures of the speedometers, and our sales team can confirm the conversion to KM. Any parts shown on Car-Part.com are listed in Kilometers.
Q. What warranties do you offer?
A. All parts come with a 100-day base exchange warranty. 6-month and 1-year extended warranties are available at an additional cost, with a maximum warranty period of 465 days.
Q. How do I receive my parts, do I have to pick them up?
A. Parts you purchase can be shipped directly to your mechanic, house, or picked up at the freight depot near you (call for pickup).
Q. What if I'm not in Calgary?
A. Our shipping department can handle shipments of any parts we sell. Parts and engines ship daily; get a rate today!
Q. Can I come see the vehicle?
A. If you click the website link and select a part, you can view the vehicle's profile. We take about 100 pictures of most of our vehicles.
Q. Where is your office located?
A. You can visit us at our office. The facility is 1 hour from Calgary, located at the Corner of HWY 9 & Township RD 274 in the Town of Irricana.
Q. How do I do a return?
A. Call with the Invoice / Order # or Phone # on file, and we will issue an RMA. If you're in Calgary, we'll pick up the part.
Q. What if there's something I need that you haven't listed?
A. If it's not listed, it may not be a part we usually sell. Call to ask, or fill out our special order form here.
Q. How quickly can I get my part?
A. If you click the Shipping Info tab on the part listing page you can see average shipping times for your location in Canada .
Q. What if I don't have time to wait?
A. In this case, a broker is best. We can broker from another yard; ask for details.
